    Banned dispute.

    I'll refund the guy, but i dont know his paypal email and the time zones are different so i cant look it up on my paypal history, someone tell me his paypal email and i'll refund him.

    My account wasnt hacked, appertly a "Mod" told me to refund the guy... but i NEVER receved a PM from any Mod saying i have to refund him.
