High Pardon - Ban Evading.

Let me start off by saying, I know I haven't contributed to the site, but I feel as though I was "falsely" banned.

Here we go.

My first account was TripL. I think I was on the forums for no more than a week before I got permanently banned. The reason for my ban is pretty much for defending me and my opinions.

Sythe, the owner, was in the SFA forum, when I decided to post a completely legitimate response to a topic, then he responds back telling me if I have nothing about the topic to post, don't post at all.

My post was completely sufficient to the topic, so I don't understand why he would have said this. Later, I respond back to him and say my post was on-topic, so there was no need to harass me about my post. He then began to call me an idiot and what not. I then tell him about my degree in education, and how I am an English teacher at a high school. Next thing I know, Tyro joins in and says, "That is hardly an accomplishment." I respond back defending myself, "And being a 13 year old moderator on a runescape forum is?". Sythe gets all upset and says that was "low" of me to say, and permanently bans me. I understand that he is the owner of the site, but I don't see how me defending my own is ban worthy, when he seems to do it all day. I then created the account Acratius, which I began a few services, sold a few accounts, obtained a few vouches, to be banned for evasion.

Now, I am making this appeal to clear this up, asking for a second chance on this site, as I am mainly a fresh person looking for a good time with fellow people who enjoy gaming, and selling gaming items, like myself.

If anything I said to Sythe or Tyro was taken offensively, I am truly sorry, as I didn't mean to hurt anybody. I was just defending myself, as stated above.

My current ban on Acratius is a three day ban, which should be a permanent ban I believe, so if I'm not pardoned, I think you should change that.

I can only say, I have enjoyed the short time I've had here, and will take your decision, no matter what it is.

I just hope you can see that I am not a rude thief, or whatever I came off as.
