Banned again?

My sythe account Adusik24 was banned:

"You have been banned for the following reason:
RbFirez - evasion: Adusik-24 (IP's Match)

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

If you feel that this ban was given in error, you may explain why you think so in the Dispute Forum without registering a new account, and a moderator or administrator will review your case and come to a final decision."

I was banned for this about two years ago ... as i said ... Adusik-24 was my original account, but somebody stole it so i created a new account (didnť know i cant do that) so i was banned ... i had to write some admins on MSN and explain this and they unbanned me ... and now i am banned for same thing?
