Requesting High Pardon for FretsOnFireGh2

Hello, I was recently pardoned for self-vouching. A friend of mine, FretsOnFireGh2, who was banned for the same offense, has not been unbanned. I would think that if one of us is cleared for it that logically I could assume that the other would be too. If there's another reason his ban has remained, I would please like to know so that he has a chance to dispute it.
