Brenny banned for no reason

Hi my account "brenny" was banned yesterday for 4 days right after i've already served a temp ban, I barley even commented on posts after my ban , I litterally got banned again after 12 hours of being unbanned, is there some mistake?. I've already waited out my temp ban why did I get re-banned in the space of 12hours..
