NzL dispute

I was banned by Tyro. Even after I provided sufficient evidence for the report against me to be regarded as fake, Tyro obviously DID NOT check the image that the reporter posted thoroughly.

Tyro posted "The different number of pixels between lines is caused by the weird characters in your display name. The ratio of difference is consistent throughout."

Now I understand that there is a different amount of pixels between lines because of the characters in my MSN name, however that is not what I was originally pointing out. The ratio IS NOT consistent. This time someone with some experience please check over this as Tyro obviously didn't look closely.

Other than this, the other strong point I have against the image was ignored. "Why does my name only say "B..." up the top? Open up any MSN convo and you'll notice it says much more than that - even on offline contacts."

It will be greatly appreciated if someone can properly check the evidence I have against the fake image and this time make the correct decision.
