Banned for ban evasion

I reccently got banned for ban evasion which isnt even correct. I got told the two posting ip's are the same from the account "M4rtin93". Before i registered my own account i used my mates account "M4rtin93" To try and sell my world of warcraft account, Then ive made my own account around 6-12 months ago i guess. I reccently made a post selling some steams accounts and got banned for ban evasion. If you check the ips that use my account, and the ip that made my account and the ip that made m4rtin93s account you will find they are different IP's as im not M4rtin93. I dont think m4rtin93 has used my account to make any threads but i think he has logged on as there might be the confusion there. I'm not m4rtin93 and i think i got unfairly banned as i diddnt scam anyone we are two different people. As i said before ip check who uses my account/created the account and who created his account.
