Jonjo Fox Hacked, Recovered MSN now looking to Recover Sythe account.PLZ RESPOND!

To whom it may concern,
My account named Jonjo Fox was stolen.
This was caused by a person adding me on MSN and began to happily chat to me and soon asked me my zip code and pets name. Those answers were used to recover my hotmail password which then led to the stealing of my Sythe account.

Since then, I recovered my email using my alternate email and was about to recover my Sythe account to find it was banned, presumably due to the Ip differences.

Please add me on msn to discuss this or please simply unban my account, Which ever is necessary.
