Progrex Ban explanation (about my IP)

My sythe account is 'progrex'

i was banned for ban evasion by Sythe himself when i posted on his thread saying that the new theme sucked. im new to sythe but i've actually been on this forum buying guides etc;.. i only just recently made an account.

anyway, this is what he posted:

my ip is 59.189.188.29, because i use maxonline plan by starhub in singapore. everyone who uses that plan has the same ip address, you can see here http://ip-lookup.net/index.php. u can also look on wikipedia, if you have this ip address u have to requst an account because there have been vandalisms but they cant ban this ip address because a lot of people use it so if it's banned it wont be fair to the other peopl;ew ho also use this address who just wanna help (everyone who uses maxonline plan in singapore has the same one)

I'm not gonna answer this but just drop a note here that not everyone in Singapore has the same i.p.....nor does everyone have the same i.p. who uses that package as I have seen tons and tons of different i.p.'s used for maxonline......
