I shouldn't of been banned

Basically, Firez requested a ban on me saying that the user: XBX, who is banned, is me, which isn't true. XBX and did business about a year ago and scammed me for $250, here is the thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=732329 in which the account I was supposed to buy was being listed. Basically, he social engineered me into going first and sent the money to him VIA mail, I ended up giving him a few free crappy pure accounts to sell so he could buy diapers for his daughter, which I doubt he even had one. Without thinking, I gave him account information in which the passwords were the same as the pass on my Sythe account at the time. This trade occurred about a year ago and I've only changed my password once, which I'm sure you can like look up on records or something, in the time that he figured out my password, he gained access to my Sythe account and gave himself bs vouches which I soon found out about and edited my posts: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=5767891#post5767891 , I really don't know how they'd see that XBX was on my account considering he'd only had access to my account at one point in time, and I actively use my Sythe account, and he had access to it about a year ago, so what I've stated above is the only assumption I can make, really.. If you've bothered to look at my real IP, you'd see that I'm in California and he's in some shit hole in another state, I don't remember what state it was because I sent it like.. 1st semester of school last year. Anyways, no I'm not XBX and yes, he had access to my account at one point in time and gave himself some bullshit vouches, I found out that he had access to my account and changed my password. The end.. I know I've been rambling a shit load but this is all I really know.. I hope you can deem me as honest and let me back on the forums, and if you'd noticed, all of the other accounts buy XBX were to do with selling accounts, not buying them along with other ingame items, I'm mostly a consumer, I've only successfully sold one account here. I'm pretty sure XBX was Trent Thomas.. Anywayssssssss, thanks for your time, I'm hoping I can be back on the forums soon. Honestly, if I were a scammer, I wouldn't bother trying to appeal this, instead I'd most likely just make another account somehow. I don't even know how to mask my IP other than hotspot shield and it's a static so I'm not even able to change it.

 

XBX was given a vouch for $300 by you (or him at the time) on December 21st, 2009.

It just got erased on August 24th, 2010.

Awaiting more opinions.
