Hoping to be pardoned.

Hello.

My name is Marc, and I am 16 years old.

I began using sythe in which I believe was July or August of 09.

My account name was Dialect.

I was the normal trader on here, selling and buying.

I would sell my runescape G.E guide, and made around $80.00 off of it.

With these trades, I worked my way up to around 12 vouches.

I then began to do free GFX work for the fellow members of this website.

I was trying to make a profit, and bought two pin memberships for $5.00, and tried to sell them for what I believe was $6.00.

The person I was trading with, I do not remember, but he went first, and I gave him two pin memberships. He claimed they did not work, and I offered up a refund. He said he already has reported me, and then blocked me. He then claimed his money back anyways. So I was banned for offering him a refund, basically.

This is where the ban evading started.

I have had around 6 - 10 accounts after being banned on my first, Dialect.

I have never scammed on any of them, and was only banned for ban evading Dialect's uncalled for ban.

Along with these accounts, I have donated $35.00, and have accumulated over 50+ vouches.

I am hoping to be unbanned on Dialect on the fact that, it was my first account, and oldest account in which I enjoyed.

I hate it when I donate decent amounts of money, then get banned.

The fear of using this site and getting banned for evasion, while trying to make some honest money, is starting to irritate me, because if I work hard on an account, to gain my trust and reputation back, I get banned for just being a ban evader, which the ban in place was not deserved anyways.

My accounts are, Dialect, Plundy, Eppy, XequR, and my newest, Summy.

Any lies I stated where for the fact that you wouldn't believe me when I said I never scammed, when the proof was there.

All of the minor threats I made were from me being banned after taking my time to gain trust, help the community, and donate my hard earned money, just to be banned.

I most likely will not be pardoned, due to the fact that I wasn't a well known user, and to my knowing of this site, it's what seems to be the key factor of being accepted or rather, taken seriously.

I cannot say I am sorry for ban evading, donating $35.00, and earning trust from other members on this site, as I should be the one getting apologised to, for the ban that was put on my first account.

Do as you please, as your opinion doesn't matter to the higher power. Only the truth does.
