You have made a rather BIG mistake
Ban Evasion/Self-Vouchin

Well, This has happened on many forums to me and my brother ( Vulge , who is currently banned for the same reason ). Me and him are both using the same modem, although i'm using the Ethernet cord thingy, and he is using the USB . so our IP's should be different. But yeah, anyway. Me and my brother a twins in real life, and if you dont believe we are two different people. I'LL BE HAPPY TO GO ON WEBCAM WITH MY BROTHER TO A MOD TO FUCKING PROVE IT ONCE AND FOR ALL.
I also got banned on FuckJagex, but am now unbanned. as we appealed and showed them we were two people.

* State the moderator who banned you (if known) I'm not sure exactly who banned me, as Jimmy ( my brother ) was the one who told me I was banned, as he is a little more active on the forums.

I REALLY WANT TO GO ON WEBCAM AND SHOW ADMINS OR WHAT EVER WE ARE TWO PEOPLE! IT ISNT SELF VOUCHING OR BAN EVADING!

 

Stating in our MSN conversation that you fully own the account skuldom, which was perm banned for an advertising link at least 8 months ago. You never appealed the decision and then decided to comeback.
