Requesting a High Pardon

Well.. it's been a bit since I was banned for what I think was a joke gone bad, if you will. My username was Harped. I was a stupid troll throughout my entire time on Sythe. I spent my time flaming, spamming, and trying to start shit for no reason at all. In my last few months of Sythe(January-March, I believe) I started becoming a better person and haven't stopped since. I became good friends with a lot of the moderators, people I used to dislike(5k for a vouch, lolz hahanerd), and just people I didn't even know existed. I applied for UE, and yes, I know I got denied and you could say my guides were half ass, but I was starting to help people as much as I could around that time. I put the guides together real quick to get the rank so people would PM me if they needed help so I could try to help out.

My ban reason was for scamming. This was April first. I was a troll as already stated, and although changed a slight bit, you can't expect someone like me to not joke around on the national joke day. Yes, my 'joke' maybe stupid. What I did afterwards was stupid, a panic, and just overall dumb. I've done some things I'm not proud of, as have everyone else, but like/believe it or not, I am different.

I was trusted by global moderators, sectionals, highly respected members, and so forth. To this day I'm still trusted by these people(http://i27.tinypic.com/r769gl.png, me completing a semi-difficult quest for SFA mod Farcast), and though you should still have no problem trusting me, I'm absolutely fine with a TWC and market ban. I mean honestly, I donated $75 overall. A few days before I got banned for "scamming" something worth like $70-80, I donated another $25 which never even got processed, TJ had just mailed it out. Does that seem logical? I'm not a retard. If I wanted to scam I would have done a large amount of USD, as I was very capable of with my status. I didn't and don't want that. Please give me the advantages some other members have had(Daily, Deacon Frost, Rabs, Syed, etc.) and let me back on a very tight leash. By naming those people I mean I've never evaded with malicious acts in mind. Most of the time I was actually reporting someone or fixing errors within official stuff(Dispute forum rules typo, sythe ranks and titles thread, etc.), my posts, trades, and other actions should outweigh the majority of any wrong I may have done, and that people including I, can change.

Things I would like to point out:

I had official middleman(at the time) Ix Syed xI log onto my account to refund the only thing that was 'scammed' so he could vouch that I wasn't actually trying to scam(if the kid would have said he never got refunded, or whatever). Pic here: http://i34.tinypic.com/2j0co04.png

After I was banned Syed invited R2Pleasent to an MSN convo and asked me about everything that happened and asked for a pic of my paypal. I sent him one from a canadian premier that was just made and had no transactions whatsoever, making it looked like I scammed to back up my troll. If I actually wanted to scam I'd probably send a screenshot of my paypal where I had made hundreds of dollars from the xbox sales section and tried to fake something of some sort, but I didn't because I wasn't trying to scam.

I guarantee I would not blow my second chance like an imbecile if I were to get one. I'm here for honest, helpful posts/suggestions, etc.

Hopefully you took the time to read this, and will take everything I said into consideration. It's extremely late as I write this, so if something is spelled wrong, or whatever, then I apologize.


I'd also just like to point out that I'm not involved with anyone from the Skype crew except on occasion Brandon who I was decent friends with before I was banned and before he did anything wrong. I haven't spoke to Syed since August 19th, Justin since God knows when, and I don't even have the others on my MSN. Please don't think I'm involved with any of that, I'm not. The real only people I talk to from Sythe is Marcell(Gohanforever <3) and Cambo iz yummy(Halo 3 buddy)


Well yeah, that's all I have to say right now and I'm probably going to bed. I have brought and would continue to bring helpful, contributing, worth reading posts/suggestions for the forum and I think a lot of you know that if you read my posts while I was around(not my spam forum ones)

I would like to reply to anything anyone may have to say so please don't just auto deny this. At least give me a chance, I honestly do miss Sythe.
