Recovery request for 'Cuz'

To make it clear, the username of the account that I am attempting to recovery is 'Cuz'.

I have read and understood the section rules. I have made a previous request (which was NOT denied!), however the account created for the account recovery was banned (Cuz123). The reason given was 'No Reason', therefore I am forced to create another thread.

I cannot remember the password to the e-mail associated with the account in question (as I havn't used it in a VERY long time), however I would be able to log into the AIM account associated with the account to verify that I am the owner.

The IPs should match and if not, should be very similar.

If it helps at all, the user has messaged me via the AIM "cuzparadise" that is listed under the profile for Cuz.

 

He's been waiting for quite some time now, 4+ months. (Other disputes, unanswered)
