How come I'm banned? I did nothing wrong.

Well. I logged on this morning and I got a message which said the following, I just thought to myself. Why am I banned then I made this.

Here's the picture it said.

State why you were banned: Ban Evading?
State why Ban Evading was unwarranted: I've never evaded a Ban.
State the moderator who banned you (if known): I have no Idea who banned me.
Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points: I may have had an account a few months ago which got banned. But I did nothing wrong on that account either. But I can't even remember the name. ;/
