Can I be unbanned now

Making another dispute cause my last one been up for a few weeks and no one even responds...

Like honestly come on, I didnt scam anyone yet im banned... this was a while ago. Is there anyway I can just get TWC or something... because these kids just all ganged up on me and tried to get me banned and succeeded.
