Jman_1208 Dispute

I made this account Jman1208 a few years ago and i forgot the password but then i was able to recover it, so when i wasnt able to recover i made Jman_1208. Anyways ontopic, i have a server named relentless-scape and my admin friend i told him my password to go on my account for something(on my server) not knowing he would go on my sythe account. So i try to log on today and i see its banned. I talked to him and he said that he told his friend to go on his sythe account and make a conversation pretending to scam him and he repoted me and got me banned. And also he changed my password and email so i can't recover it i had to log out of the account to go on this one now i can't get on. Well i hope you understand what happened thank you.
