Lo 0 o0 0o k Banned?

I just noticed today that I was perm banned for being a ban evader.
That's true, I did evade a ban, however, I was never able to appeal that ban since I was blocked from accessing this forum. And Ben (the mod that banned I KO I), wouldn't help me appeal it.

I've never scammed anyone, hacked, done any of the usual stuff that banned people do. I was banned on I KO I for a simple post that may have looked like I scammed someone.

Please note that Skele Master didn't do anything about getting me banned or the user that posted that thread. If you use the same logic in me being banned, everyone should be banned for having knowledge in this method. I had no knowledge of it before this thread. I have never done the "chat room method" or whatever it's called, I merely tried to get a higher post count, and fit in, hence not knowing what to post, I posted that . I'm not even able to access chat rooms because my parents put a blocker onto my computer which blocks chat rooms, facebook, myspace, etc. So, following that logic, if I said I killed someone for their runescape account, and no one had proof that I did it, just besides my post, I should be banned? I could be joking, having fun, anything. Of course no one (I hope) would kill over a runescape account and I have never scammed anyone for anything, much less going on a chat room that I can't even access and scamming pins from horny teenagers.

So, I believe my ban on both accounts is unjust, and I deserve to be unbanned. Just look at my vouches and helpfulness to the community, I've never scammed, hacked or done anything harmful to anyone on this site.
