I don't deny that I posted this, I don't even deny that I partially meant it.

When I first came to Sythe, my intentions were to make money. My intended to not let anyone stop me from making money.
I was willing to sell old accounts, which I have, sell pins, a few, and where I messed up; I had in my mind that If I got the chance then I would scam someone. I lurked around on sythe from about November of 2009 to early January. Doing this time I was just learning about people scamming on runescape period. My whole runescape career I never knew of scammers or even a whole forum of scammers other than people scamming for rune scimmys in world 1 ect.
Well after finally joining sythe after lurking around for a while I decided to gain some reputation and become trusted around sythe. I won't lie, I STILL had intentions on going for a scam at this point. After time, I kept my eye on the Report a scammer section and realized how many low lives there are out there to scam a 12 year old over a game. I imagined kids crying, over a game. It's what kids do and ever since then this always came to my mind when I would see a scam report. Well finally I looked into selling my first runescape account. I went back and forth from the black market to just any section I could post things in to get noticed. This is when I started posting pretty much EVERYWHERE. Spam forum mostly, and spammed on some threads quite a bit as you can see here, lol.

After I started posting, spamming, whatever you wanna call it about 20 times a day and got recognized a bit is really when I came in touch with sythe and new I was going to stick around for good. Not only for the black market just for the community in general, this time.
From the day I joined sythe, to today I never once scammed anyone. I got reported for scamming once and that was a misunderstanding and I refunded the guy.
Some time in May while I was on Tiny Chat I did something very inapropriate that I do still til this day take responsibility for and looking back now it makes me look very immature. I was in Tiny Chat with Justin (shall skill) and some other people when Justin decides to pop out his penis and 'flop' it around.
Of course me trying to be the jokester takes a screenshot. It was in my picture documents for a day or so then someone posted a picture of his ass that they screened from tiny chat in the spam forum. So immediately I get the two pictures I had in my documents and upload them and post them.
Little did I know, this was against rules to post porn, much less child porn which they considered him a child. I login the next day to find that I've been
perm-banned.
I immediately dispute it being rude and anxious to get unbanned not thinking about what I said.

After 7 or 8 mods posted on it with their opinions Finn finally deny's my dispute. Even with about 5 of the 8 mods supporting a temp-ban.
Me, ready to give up wait about 3 days and decide to dispute one more time.
I was very respectful and careful with my words this time doing everything I could to get unbanned. After a few more mods posting on there supporting a shorter ban, once again, Finns posts again denying my dispute.
At this point I gave up
I believe it was between June 25th - july 1st when I came back to sythe (almost 2 & a half months later) and decided to give it one more try and dispute once more.
I was very happy when I got back on to see that Finn's reply was not denying me. He was very kind and said that I was very mature this time around and what not.
This is where I started my journey at sythe where I chose to stick around sythe and hopefully be a mod or some sort of staff ONE DAY.

After all of that happened I promised myself that I would not take advantage of my 2nd chance and would be at sythe for good this time.
Everything has been going great til' now when I posted that I came to sythe to scam.
I have made alot of friends here, and I won't even lie, alot of enemies as well.
I go in Tiny chat daily, most people like me in there. I post in General discussion and the spam forum daily, so I'm cool with a lot of the staff.

I do believe that more people on Sythe like me than the people that don't.
The few enemies that I DO have it's not because I've trashed talked them or something. I don't think I've ever 'cussed someone out' from sythe.
In real life, i'm a sort of violent guy. So is my father. My family drives me crazy so when I come to sythe I try to be the nicest of my ability because I know I can't start over in real life and give people a different first impression about me especially my family, teachers, and my girlfriend.
I'm not a suck up kind of guy nor will I try to 'make' someone like me.
I accept people for who they are and expect people to do the same.
That being said, i'm not in any way at all saying I don't obey and listen closely to Sythe's staff members. Because I do, I'm just not going to be a "teachers pet" so that I can get on their good side. If that makes sense at all.

I guess what i'm trying to say is that I don't believe that I should have a Trade With Caution Sign just because my past. Not even my past, cause it's not like I did anything wrong, I just spoke the truth like i've done here for the past 40 something minutes at 8 a.m thinking what to say because I truly think I don't deserve this TWC.
I mean, since I didn't do anything this really wouldn't be considered a 2nd chance but it's sort of a trust thing.
Like this: I said I HAD THOUGHTS of scamming. Never implied that I was going to scam "this" buyer/seller or "this" one. Or that I am going to try to scam "this" person.
I said that I have thought about scamming here on sythe before, alot of people here on sythe cannot say they they have NEVER thought about scamming someone.
In fact, I bet NO ONE can with the exception of a few.
Also, I am not 'waiting for the right scam' if that's going to be implied.
I have went from being a leecher with no friends on sythe to a semi-respected member on sythe that has made some friends and wants to stay and not be judged everywhere he goes by his TWC sign.
Because it will be exactly like that. No one will respect me, everyone will crack jokes and say "YOU GOT TWC SIGN YOUR AUTOMATICALLY A SCAMMER AND I WONT GO FIRST SCAMMER!" and for what? Cause I HAD THOUGHTS ABOUT SCAMMING BEFORE I EVEN BECAME A MEMBER HERE!


I'm sorry I made this so long I just wanted to get a few things across.
Hopefully whoever replies on here gives me there honest opinion and didn't just skim through this.
And hopefully Verts won't close this before I can get some opinions.

Got my TWC July 31st I believe.

Well, I got it for saying I came here to scam, still keeping my world, yes it's true.

I truly regret ever thinking about scamming on sythe, and scamming anywhere at all.
I know I can't take back what I said, or why I said it, but If I could have one chance I promise no one will ever think about me scamming EVER.

Thank you, but you don't need to bump disputes.

The TWC is still warranted.

 

Sorry for posting after the lock, but I promised Blackkk I'd reply. I'll even explain why you have to keep the TWC.

"I became your friend originally because I wanted to gain your trust and scam you for everything you have, but now I dont."

The subject of the above scenario would be offended and would most likely ditch the person because of their intentions, or a more likely route, to not trust them. In your case, the "ditching" would be a perm ban for intention to scam. Instead, we've decided to stay your friend and just not trust you, therefore the TWC.

I feel bad because you made up a huge wall of text story, where only the first couple of sentences were useful in the dispute. I'm sorry that you need to be scarred by the rank, but as Pen said you earned it
