Why am i banned and how do i become unbanned????

It says that i have been baned for ban evasion what does that mean does it mean that i folow all of sythes rules trying not to get banned thus evaiding am i soposed to scamm every1 so i am doing the oposite of evaiding seeking out ban is that how you do not get banned????????
