Why am i banned and how do i become unbanned????

i am banned it says for bann evading does that mean i am banned for following all rules thus trying to not get banned am i soposed to scamm every1 and try to get banned thus ban seaking the opposite of evaiding if you can unbann me please do so....

 

Ban evading means returning after one of your other accounts is banned and is a permanent ban.
