Ban Dispute

Well I was banned for scamming battlescape gold. First of all I only play RS, but any way this happened 5 days ago. 5 Days ago my account and MSN were phished, so basically If this guy http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7052838#post7052838 allows It I will repay him. Would someone please get his MSN for me, so I can repay him for the phisher. This would be the second person that was scammed by me while I was phished, so I will repay him. I understand and agree that it is my fault, and that he was scammed by my old msn and my account, so would a mod get his MSN and add me [email protected] so I can reapy him and get this all fixed?
