    Owned1992 Dispute

I am owned1992, I made this account because I lost owned.
I was banned for something I said in my introduction thread:

    My Ban reason is:
    Ban evading:http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=884417

Firstly I would like to say I was 13 and 3/4 upon the date of my scamming. Secondly I would like to say I paid everyone I had scammed back.
The most proof I have of that is:
    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=205153

After I had re-paid everyone back, I came back to site as a trusted member to sell pins. I was banned for multiple accounts, which is no longer a bannable offence.

I would just like to point out before a mod/admin tells me "We do not allow scammers on our website."
I am not a scammer, at the age of 18 you are a lot maturer than you were at 14. I have, on owned1992, over 30 vouches, which I don't see really even matters. It's that maturity should be a reason to redeem yourself in a situation like this. I would really like the mods/admins to think about my dispute before coming a final decision.

I am currently trusted with a hefty amount of cash from Roy/Pokemoners2. I even still have his cash, but even being banned I will not steal it from him. I'm a very loyal person to humanity... I'm a libra if that helps. I'm too kind. Scamming isn't my thing; respect is.

Please do contact Roy about this if needed - I will not post how much I am trusted with publicly.

I felt leaving that information in my introduction was more of a sign of honesty and loyalty to the community.

I'd like to see the response to my dispute and if possible it be thinked upon before a decision is made.

    Thanks.

I don't think we let people who purposely scammed back. Maturity has nothing to do with it either.

Maturity has a lot to do it.
A 13 year old doesn't have the same brain mentality as an 18 year old.
A 13 year old would be more likely to scam as they are more immature than a person whom is 18 years old.

I think the older you grow; the more respect you have for people. Everyone learns more about things as they grow at an older age.

Also, I may have scammed but I re-paid everyone that I had scammed back. Which is why i was banned for multiple-accounts, not scamming.

No, I mean it doesn't matter what age/time you scammed, you're a scammer and that's a perm ban. If you're hacked you're given the option to save your account by refunding the victim(s). + you ban evaded etc

I am not a scammer, do you see any reports on me in the scammer report section? No.
You are judging me from something that was 4 years ago where as I am grown up now but yet you still be un-lienient to the situation.

I wasn't even banned back then for scamming; I had paid my dues within a week after the scams. A scammer is not a scammer if they paid the person back. Had a change in heart. A change in mind. A change in respect and maturity.

Please try being more lenient, Louis. I'm seriously banned for something I did at the age of 13 and now I'm 18? I mean come on. Everyone here knows I'm not going to scam them. Ask roy, he can tell you. He's trusted me with pretty much ALL of his money, which I won't share with publicy.

But honestly, should my ban be even a perm. Atleast a temp, market ban, trade with caution?

Some of the people I scammed weren't even all my doings; At one point I was hacked, theres proof of that in the thread above ^. I even paid them back.

Yet you premeditated, performed a scam and ban evaded, that doesn't make you worthy of trust. You can't use your age as an excuse.

I am not using my age as an excuse. Im using nothing as an excuse.
Maturity is a FACT. Scamming at 18 is completely different than scamming at 13 - that's a FACT. Our brain develops as we grow.
As children, our intentions are/were childish, fooled by unawareness of consequences.

Why are you being such a jerk about the situation?
Everyone here knows I'm not going to scam, seriously.

I'd like to see a more lenient answer.

Also, don't close this because I'm coming off as an asshole, I think a user is entitled to his own feedback as much as a Mod is.

What I'm saying is stop bringing your age up as defense. We've never in the history of this site taken the age of the individual as a reason to let them stay, so stop bringing it up.

ANYWAY, I'll let another mod answer this since I can't unban.

We don't allow scammers and ban evaders back into the community.
