Banned for scamming

Hello!

I have already sent an E-Mail to the 'Forum Administrator' on this matter, but since i found out how to dispute i'll put one here.

I haven't been on this website for such a long time now, due to not playing Runescape. I received an E-Mail today with someone trying to access my account, so i decided to come report that person and to check out this place. Upon resetting my password (someone changed it? maybe) and logging in, i find i have been banned for scamming.

This is no attempt to get unbanned as i don't mind, i don't come here often, i just like to check up on websites. I'm mainly just trying to clear my name as i am in no way a scammer. If any evidence could be given to me i'd be happy, since this could be from years back it may be hard to provide me with this and without the info it's hard for me to appeal my ban (as i don't know what i have done).

Thanks very much, and if someone could check, name and shame the person behind this IP (173.189.9.175) who tried to access my account? I'd like to see the culprit
