Sorry Im F2p Ban Dispute

Hey, After returnin to sythe not long ago i found my account banned, so i spoke to some people about it, skele master mostly was helpful in finding me the reasons why my account was banned.

If a moderator could link the post into this thread please it would be very much appreciated.

The thread in which My account was reported as a scammer does not actually show any evidence of ME scamming.

My Email is not on the picture in the msn at all, and anybody with a basic knowledge of msn scripts can get a "/steal" command which can take replace your own msn picture for anothers.

I have been away, without even internet access for a year now, I have recently seen somebody who ADMITTED to scamming, have everybody want him back to sythe but with a TWC, which i find very strange as most scammers are not welcomed back with open arms but non the less.

Could somebody please look into my ban and realise that;

1) If my actual sythe account was used to scam i have not been in control of it, Ip address compared to current can prove that.

2) My email address which is [email protected] Did not appear on ANY of the msn pictures the guy had provided at the time, yet the account was banned for it.

3) The guy who put those pictures up and reported me was LEECHER who FAKE VOUCHED and got BANNED for it.

4) i was around 4 trades away from becoming OMM when i left sythe, i wouldn't risk my possible rank for a runescape account.

If the Guy was still around i would have no problem with repaying him IF the who ever controlled my account actually did scam him, but seen as he was blatantly unlegit it seems thats out of the question.

Instead i could maybe donate what ever small amount of $ i currently have in my paypal to sythe, it wouldn't be much but non the less.

Thank you to Everybody on msn who knows i was legit and despite this continues to trade with me over msn since my return.

And Thank you to Kadaj for being the only other moderator to reply to a past dispute and actually acknowledging it.

 

The original scam report didn't really have enough info for a ban, but you waited way to long to dispute it. As Nick issued it, I'll let him make the final decision.

We are considering year plus long disputes now?

 

Ebuddy doesn't show the other person's MSN, so I was wondering why it was used to warrant the ban in the first place. Other than that, I agree; it's been a year, which is way to long to dispute. Your call.
