Supah Fly has never phished or scammed

Mr. Fly speaks:
Scamming and phishing are two separate things.
Phishing on RuneScape (not on RuneScape cheating sites) and allowing phishing are two separate things.

Nowhere in your rules does it state that a member can be banned for condoning phishing RuneScape players on a different RuneScape cheating site.

I have never phished myself, and therefore I haven't broken any rules, written or unwritten.

Sure I have condoned and distributed phishing to an extent but now that time has passed and I have since removed the phishing and cracking sections from the website, I did all of that back when I really had no idea what the impact on other players and stuff really was like. Now I do understand and don't feel it's right for other people to participate in these sorts of activities.

I am truly sorry for anyone that has been phished as of a result of my actions but I myself have not phished and should not be banned as if I have. I posted that phisher thread, the one where I offered the phisher that I found, because I wanted members back then to have something to go off of and be safe with, I wanted people to have a script that was verified by one of the staff members as safe to download and have a script that worked.

Although it is true that I have made one phisher before it is important to note that I have never distributed this phisher, ever. A few months later I was going to sell it but I chose not to as I had time to reflect on the whole idea of phishing and came to the conclusion that it isn't something that I would like to be a part of. That's where I stopped supporting it and just became neutral towards phishing and cracking in general.

I wholeheartedly apologize for any inconveniences I have caused you during the duration of this appeal process. I just hope that you can realize that I have stolen nothing from anyone and I wouldn't participate in something that would cause someone else to lose something they worked hard for now.

Most people would agree that some scammers genuinely feel remorse for what they have done and they pay back what they have stolen and get unbanned. I can not do such a thing because I haven't stolen anything. I am not a threat to the RuneScape cheating community or just to RuneScape in general.

Even though I don't think it's appropriate to apply a title such as "Trade with caution" to someone who doesn't even use the market you may want to do that and that is completely fine with me. Anyone that reads why I have been banned and unbanned will know why and if they don't and automatically assume I am a scammer based upon my rank then I don't care, they are ignorant of the fact that I have never scammed anything.

Do what you think is appropriate, it is fine with me. I just would like to come back and join the community in discussion once again.
