reason i got banned: accused of scamming

goobyguy said i scammed him- profile http://sythe.org/member.php?u=215321 he is banned for scamming

story- so i purchased a lvl 132 off of him for $50, everything went smoothly, we used chriscross23 as our MM. i played on acc for about 4 hours, went to dinner and tried to log back on and pass was changed. i go to recover it with the info that was given to me during trade, i MADE SURE that everything was spelt correct. an hour or so later it was denied. i immedietly went to paypal and disputed. he came on the next day and tried to accuse chriscross of taking the acc. i told him the info i put in, he told me that some of the info was wrong and chriscross must of changed it. i used the new info he gave me and got denied again. i then told him that we would wait til lthe dispute was solved. and talk about it later, the dispute was resolved in his favor. now without an acc or money, i politly asked him to return the $50 he said no . this is what he said

i then made a report scammer topic but didnt have much didnt have enough screenshots. and it got denied, he then made one and made me sound like the scammer even though i lost $50 and the acc and had nothing to show of the trade. i still dont have the $50 which i have come to live with but would appreciate to be unbanned since i have been a member of sythe since 2007. and goobyguy was banned legitimitly for scamming
