Complete BS.

i said i dont want to trade with him anymore because i was getting scared, everytime i would try to send him money to his paypal, i always was redirected to a screen that said it was under federal investigation and that if i sent the money i would get limited and under investigation.

yet he insisted for a picture and such and everytime i would take a picture and put it on paint it was all black i guess as a copyright of somesort . .

but he said if i dont give him pic he would issue me a twc, then i said just forget it just end the trade i dont want to trade anymore.

 

I issued you a TWC after you:

1. Changed your story multiple times. First you said the email didn't exist then that the Gov't was blocking payments.
2. Refused to show screenshots or go on TeamViewer.
3. I had MegaMatt and Roy send me payments. Matt has a Canadian PayPal, and Roy has one from the United States.The "Gov't" didn't block either of them.

Your story is ridiculous. The United States Government cannot block payments to a private Paypal without at least contacting the user. Here's our conversation, I'll let another global moderator review the case:
