Ban Appeal

Here I have proof of payment not being able to be refunded as he made it into a dispute,


I will refund The payment when it is available but he has received the promo card code as seen here,




And when my connection timed out It signed me out. And the promo code he received gave him 20 country songs which is $20. Now my thread did not specify it was just a regular $20 iTunes card. I just said $20 iTunes card which I recieved for my Bday which I did. and it is worth $20 cause it came with 20 songs. And if you ask him he received the code and the code worked. I should have specified what it was and I admit that and I'm sorry.
