No proof? Why are you banning people? v2

Kind of weird that Verts forgot about this and he/she was the one that closed my last topic.

This is the reason why M0htasaUnique is banned, not some random market thread that had no activity.

Two issues with this:

1. You are assuming I already banned him/demoted him
2. I don't ban innocent people

He didn't ban evade and there was no scam. There is no reasoning behind this ban.

I'd greatly appreciate it if an administrator addressed this if you still think he is guilty. If not, could you please unban Mohtasa?

 

You completely missed the fact that I said there was once proof against him.

 

As Verts said in your last thread, there was evidence of him being a scammer but it has since been lost. If Mohtasa was truly innocent, he should have disputed right away and would've been unbanned if there was a lack of proof.

 

can you prove there was actually proof against him in the first place? if you can, then we will go from there. please don't automatically assume that the mod must have had good reason to ban him, anything is a possibility.

no there wasn't apparently and no he wouldn't have. he didn't go on sythe for a while so he had no idea he was banned, he tried to log in and he couldn't so he made a new account, "m0htasaunique" like two years later after not being able to access his other account

also, what's the difference between then and now? the fact that there is no proof has not changed so it doesn't matter when he disputes it.

he was banned and he asked why and pen said scamming and then he came back on another account and was banned for ripping graphics which was not true so he was unbanned. now he's apparently ban evading even though he was unbanned by you guys and you just forgot that you unbanned him and allowed him to be banned again.

there was like 3ish months between him being banned and him asking why he was banned and he was told scamming but there was no evidence so how can you prove he did anything in the first place?


him scamming doesn't even make sense. he had no chances to scam (did you not see the thread for graphics? nobody posted), nobody claimed he scammed ever (ever), and no reason to scam.


in this situation sythe would be perma-banned:
random: "yo sythe scammed me ban plz"
mod: "ok"

~50 seconds later...
sythe: "yo doq why am i banned for scamming"
mod: "dude it says you got banned for scamming but there's no proof"
sythe: "fuk"

the "mod" would be the person who banned mohtasa4400.


seriously, nobody knows WHO got scammed, WHAT was scammed, IF he was actually scammed, IF mohtasa actually scammed him, etc. there is no way to tell if this is a legitimate ban or not. this could all be a mod covering up something he/she did for his/her friend. of course there will be people denying that this is the case but just look at the situation. it's very plausible.

"oh i left the evidence in my other pants pocket and i accidentally washed that pair of pants and now all the evidence is gone banned though!!!"

 

If there was no proof to ban him in the first place, then he wouldn't be banned. We require proof before we ban on this website.

 

You can't ban someone who has been unbanned for a significant amount of time citing ''there is lost proof against him'' as your justification. If the proof isn't retrievable, he should be unbanned.

I know that but I doubt every one of the mods on here played by the rules.

 

In the end, M0htasaUnique was banned for ban evasion, which is a permanent ban. His other account, mohtasa4400, was banned for attempted scam over 2 years ago, and cannot be disputed now.
