Dispute For Unfair Ban

I was banned unfairly and since the last dispute got ignored I thought there was no chance of getting unbanned. So its summer again and I want to use this website once again.
So heres the thread that got me banned..

What really happened was that I bought an SS which was only about 8m at the time. As you can see in his msn logs i bought an SS and I clearly stated i was lagging and after I got into the BH crater I dced losing the ss and signing off msn. So this kid clearly thought i scammed him and blocks me.
I know a made a mistake but it was an accident. I will either pay the guy by pay-pal or make it up some other way..I've already tried to but he ignored me.

Anyways there is no proof of me scamming anything its just a log of me dcing, if I was going to scam the guy I would have logged out from the beginning and not went along with it.

NOTE: My user name is Darkboy2007 but for some odd reason it wouldn't let me use that name in the dispute.
