No proof? Why are you banning people?

There are no claims of mohtasa (either account) scamming except for by pen and there is no proof of mohtasa scamming so why are you banning him? The only thing I can see that happened (and I ran this by a few of my mods and they agree with me) is that someone got in close with one of the staff members, became friends and whatnot and got mad at mohtasa for whatever reason and got him banned. Then they just called it a scam.

This so called "scam" never happened. Why would he even need to scam? He has a job, he isn't in need of money.. He doesn't need to scam. It makes no sense at all. He has had the same job (or at least that's what his profile on "mohtasa4400" or whatever says) since he made that account.

I really am trying to refrain from using profanity but just to show you how strongly I feel about what is going on I am going to go ahead and say it.

Why the fuck is THIS proof of him scamming? There are no replies, nothing. If I got scammed by someone the first thing I would do is go to the thread where he is trying to sell his stuff and say "hey this guy is a fucking scammer, don't trade with him"

It just sounds like THIS GUY just wants to get a ton of people banned for whatever reason he can so he can look good in the eyes of you guys and maybe obtain moderator status.

I mean fucking seriously, there is nothing to scam. It's graphics, how the hell do you scam someone with graphics? If I wanted to scam people, and I'm not saying I do or ever want to, I would just fucking do what most people do and just sell the same account over and over and recover it again and again.

Mohtasa isn't a retard, and he is great at graphics. These are two reason why this doesn't make sense. Mohtasa is smart enough to think of something better than fucking graphics to scam. Mohtasa is also great at graphics so I don't see what the issue is... it's not like he was offering a service he couldn't do, what exactly goes wrong in a graphics deal?

I'm sorry in advance if I'm actually wrong about this one but seeing as there is no proof and this doesn't really make any sense I really doubt that I am. I am going to admit that I'm not always right and I don't want to be, I just want to know what exactly happened for two reasons. One being that he actually does a good job moderating and keeping order, and another is because I just don't get what went on and why you guys are banning him.

I know this happened a looooong time ago but it's affecting me now. Please reply to this and give me an answer.

 

Obviously there was sufficient proof for banning Mohtasa4400 when his original ban was issued, as the staff here must see evidence of scamming for them to be able to issue a ban. If it was so unfair, why did he not dispute it when it was first issued? Also, for the record, the ban reason on that account is 'Attempting to scam on another account.' and was issued by Pen. And yes, it sounds stupid, but people do get scammed out of GFX.

It's up to you whether you decide to keep him banned on Fagex, but he did ban evade so he'll remain banned here.
