iSpongebob Ban Appeal

Hello,

I would like to clarify a few points :


"Tinychat is somewhat affiliated with Sythe." - Verts

The only reason why it WAS affiliated with Sythe is because it was endorsed by an Admin. Let's think of before when it WAS NOT endorsed by an Admin, I saw many threads advertising Tinychat, the whole forum was flooded with it. Mods didn't take no action and helped their "little" advertisement by posting one of those stupid comments, 'yumadbro?' or 'inb4ban'. Sadly, I can't link one of these posts because the search features doesn't include the Spam forum.

Now, when it comes down to a harmless Naruto website which can barely even seduce a few members from Sythe to come down and join, I get a 1 month ban. It was very fair of Sindrefyn to give me a 3 day ban for it, I don't know if it was by mistake but it was 3 day ban until Verts, I think, increased it.


Then, I'm told by a Mod that Tyro has permanently banned me for being Grafix! I then have a talk with Tyro and he told me that someone sent him a picture of Grafix listing his accounts and funny enough my name was on that list. Tyro then told me it wasn't guaranteed a ban, but I still asked for the proof and Tyro kept on refusing to show me. Tyro, at the end of the conversation referred me as 'Grafix'... I'm no genius but Tyro was acting suspicious.



If you come to a decision to not unban me then I'll "Face the music and suck it up" and wait my 1 month.

The IP's of iSpongebob and Grafix do not match - with any string, or location.
I can only assume Tyro was suspicious simply due to the image he was sent, which is completely understandable, but the 1 month ban will remain - which is the usual length for advertising. Sectionals cannot ban past 3 days , so Sindre would have just temp'd you, and then requestion a Global to extend it to one month as a proper punishment.
