Perm ban for ban evading.

Well I already have a topic up but that one is mainly for getting banned from SFA..


I created a few accounts (after one got banned I created another) to talk to farcast after he/she stated I was going to get banned from SFA.
I was talking to him, that is all I was doing..

Now my 3 day ban for 5 infractions has turned into a perm ban for ban evading..

I was not trying to evade my ban, I was just trying to talk to a staff member..
I think incressing my ban from 3 days just for infractions to a perm because I was attempting to find out why I was getting banned from SFA and was trying to state my side to it is a bit unfair..

While trying to sort out 1 ban-to-be I ending up getting a perm because........ well I really have no idea why farcast has done this.
he/she knows I was only trying to talk to him/her... and after asking her/him a question he/she just said post here... then logs off.

He/she has made no attempt to sort this out, he/she has just banned me and logged off..
not saying I never expected it from farcast but I find it abit insulting.
I was not evading a ban..

This is what I think evading is.. and is what im working off, so please tell me if I am wrong...

And if I am then I clearly miss understood the rules provided and didn't intend any harm by creating these accounts and talking to farcast on them.

 

If you create an account to do anything but post a dispute, that is considered ban evasion. Your ban is warranted and you will remain banned. Have a nice day.
