    Pen said it was alright for me to redo my dispute because the last one had unrelated information.

    •State your Sythe name: Insane Gods
    •State why you were banned: Ban evasion
    •State why the ban was unwarranted: I saw that my VPN was running. I wasn't aware that it was running and a GM or an Admin probably matched the IP to another banned person so I got banned.
    •State the moderator who banned you (if known): Unknown
    •Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points

    • I know I won't get unbanned but I'll give this a shot.

    I misread your situation. I should have checked the ban reason on your previous account before banning you. My bad.
