Ban Appeal/Proof of Payment

My original appeal:

"Vulge" reported me for scamming about a day or two ago; and today I was banned. Let me raise a few points:

1) If you saw that I posted a thread saying my msn, paypal, bank accounts, and what not were unstable - Would you be stupid enough to trade with me, regardless of anything?
2) I went to my "sent messages" tab, I did not once send a "confirmation" to Vulge, this is his error as my sythe account is my only secured account as of now - this is his fault for not DEMANDING a pm, but instead allowed himself to apparently be swayed by talk.
3) If I've done trades of over 50$, and never had an issue, why would I scam for a 3.50 guide? Take a look at my vouch thread - http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=6523827#post6523827
4) Not only did he not DEMAND a private message on the site; he went FIRST to the person on my msn without even having "me" post on his THREAD!

I am sorry; but this isn't fair, as I was told to post that I was hacked and I did so TWICE, and even posted again in the same thread saying under any circumstances NOT to trade with that msn!

I am not sure what else to say, I almost have 600 posts, 15-17 or so vouches (I can't check anymore due to the ban...) and Sythe to me was more than a place to trade, I love seeing peoples progress and saying I know alot of the people quickly becoming trusted.

So keep me banned if you like; but I feel that for my situation I did everything correctly; and when in a trade you ALWAYS ask for a PM!

The above is a full payment for the unbanning guide a hacker scammed via my msn. Me and vulge are on good terms with no hard feelings.

 

You're responsible for your MSN regardless of notices on Sythe. As to the question "why would I scam $3.50? Because you probably thought you could get away with it.

Unbanned, but TWC requested. If your MSN is ever "hacked" again and scams someone, you won't be getting unbanned.
