need my account recovered

i have tried so many times, to get my account back, however it was no use. i have resently recovered my msn which was also taken during the time my sythe account was hacked.
i have only reported it know, as i thought that if i said anything i would be accused of been a ban evader.
the sythe account which i speak of is bloodclan1, i was hacked in 2009 whilst trying to do a trade, i was instructed to use teamviwer, and i didn't know they had a keylogger on at the time.
my evidence of this would be that there is a change in IP addresses during that time, also i am aware that my account has recently become banned, please would you look over this, i think it is unfair, after i collected a few vouches that this happened.

please give me my account back, and i apologise for the misfortune that occured whilst i was unable to log on.
