Banned from Tyro

Hey, I was recently given a 'Permanent Ban' for 'Lying about the account not having recoveries and then blocking the other trader on MSN'.

This is ridiculous, I made the Login picture before I ordered a Fire Cape from RsProd, when it had No Recovery questions (Ask him if you want). Then I made the pictures but forgot to change the login picture. I set the recoveries for safety on the account while he got it a Fire Cape.

And for the part about blocking the other trader, that's stupid aswell; my laptop ran out of batteries. I know that sounds sketchy... But it's the truth.

Please, this ban is unnecessary.
