He already got his account back and i didn't

I put in a recovery on the account, and he has me blocked on MSN..this just isn't fair, last night i used Finn as an OMM to buy a maxed pure for 160$..got scammed, and the kid had 1.4K posts.. got him banned for a good reason, but then i actually tried and am a legit seller / buyer.. I never scam i just want one more chance.. I guess i put my self in a risky situation by going off.. but it was 5 minutes at least w/o any1 talking, so i assumed he was on the account setting recoverys and stuff.. I hadnt slept in a day or two.. i needed sleep. Im sorry for this, just one more chance please..

 

Do you have any proof that he has control of his account? Only way I can know for sure is if you recover your own account and get an MM to give it to him and verify that he has it.
