Banned for the wrong reason?

My account Yakooza was banned mistakingly because of a post which offered a free level 105 CB account.

It contained a sharelink.com link, which is an upload site which requires users to do an offer before they can download the file, and pays out a certain amount of $ to the uploader of the file. So I thought I'd be clever and upload a file of the username and pass of the account I was giving away and at least make a few bucks off it.

However, the link was mistaken for a virus/keylogger or whatever bullshit I was accused of and I was banned permanently. I really didn't use the account (Yakooza) or Skype very much so it only had a few posts and obviously wasn't trusted. I can see why it may have been mistaken for trying to phish accounts.

I should of disputed this earlier. I totally forgot I had an account on here. I tried a few usernames and passes I use commonly but that didn't work so I went ahead and created another one (acefern) which just recently got banned for evasion. I had a free defender/torso/quests service on this second account. I actually gathered 2-3 vouches with another 2 on its way.

So yeah. I did not create the second account with the intention of evading the ban but it was stupid as hell regardless.
But I don't think yakooza was banned fairly in the first place.

A perm ban seems rather harsh for someone who was actually trying to create a good reputation here.

Doing something like this is highly suspicious and the link is blocked so we can't tell if you were telling the truth or not. You've also ban evaded, and will not be unbanned.
