Ban dispute for the_weber

I have been a member fo this site for 2 years. I hgave never been a scammer and still am not. Yesterday my account was hacked and someone claiming to be me used and msn (though it is well know i do not use MSN?) and stole from p o h. I regained control of the account when i got back on a while later and found i could not log in. after reseting my password i learned of the scamming accusations. This was not me. I have control of my account and do not believe I should be banned for something some scamming hacker piece of shit did.
