wtf? If you want me gone just tell me, don't ruin my reputation by banning me for something this ridiculous. I've seen tons of people posting pics of shall skill/justin from tinychat. If anyone should be banned, it should be him for stripping naked on tinychat. I feel like this does NOT deserve a ban, maybe an infraction or two at the most, I was thinking a warning. But seriously wtf, tell him to quit and people won't take pictures of it. Hopefully this wont get ignored.

I support reducing it to a one month ban (regular length for nudity). Although its pretty obvious the kid isn't 18, he was pretty much flaunting it and clearly has no regard for his own safety when it comes to nude pictures. What black did was indeed stupid, but I don't feel Justin's age should be a variable in his ban length.

 

It's just a penis, I support a temp ban.

 

Personally, I don't know how pornography isn't on the perm ban list as it is. Regardless, he shouldn't have been posting it. Not only did he post one with Justin's butt clearly being shown, but he posts a SECOND time with the penis. This kind of behavior is both illegal and immature. I don't support a reduction in the slightest, but if the majority feels otherwise, fine.

 

I agree, he posted it twice on the same thread and as R33l said, it is both illegal and immature and I don't think his ban should be reduced.

I don't support an unban. I think it's obvious that it shouldn't have been posted, but, apparently, was posted twice anyway. This is just a flagrant disregard for the rules, and given the nature of what was posted - i.e. a naked child - I won't unban you.

It's probably not worth telling you, seeing as you won't be disputing a second time, but for others trying to dispute something, addressing the staff in a polite manner and using a repentant tone may get you further than not seeming to regret it whatsoever.
