Banned after being scammed by a Mod?

My username is Xxx13luexxx, i purchased a pin from Skele Master (Sythe Mod)
He sent pin, i asked for help because i didn't know how to switch the country to AUS (It was a Aus Pbp, my country was USA.) After I changed it, I entered the pin. It was invalid, I pm'd him about it and posted in his thread, he ignored me. I told him i was going to post in the Scammers thread about this and refund my money, before I can do that. I was banned, serious scamming going on here by Mods.

Great, now you're pretending to be afk and take my $4 and ban me.

This was a misunderstanding after he had chargedback his money while I was away. He has been unbanned/pin works/he repaid the money.
