IP banned - not blocked

Hello,

My IP has been randomly banned. I made a thread but Skele said it was blocked? No, it's banned and says so when I come here: im on a proxy atm.


I have NEVER broken any rules, nor is there even a scammer report on me

Also, I don't have any other accounts there...

I posted as a guest due to infraction buildups but wanna get this cleared up by the time I get back.
