Dispute The medic30's Ban

Well today I logged in to find I was banned for 'ban evading.' The account I was originally banned for was 'mitch12347' (?) (Can't remember the name) The issue I have is that that account was banned almost 3 years ago. I know I should have never created this second account, but I never even thought about that banning those few years ago when I created this new one. I'm in college now, am back into Runescape, and can prove myself to be a worthy member of this community. I have a few vouches thus far, and have reported a scammer and have gotten him/her banned. I am more mature than before, and really want to grow and be a part of this site. I am loyal to the members here, and would like a second chance as I know I can prove myself to be a valueable member of the team.
