Sorry for trying to warn someone that he could get an infraction because of the gif in his signature? I don't see how getting an infrac from trying to help someone is warranted, I even posted something on-topic to go along with it.

Please excuse me again for trying to help.
Someone asked before I posted if the item relied on the GE, and he said no, then proceeded to indirectly admit it does, but claiming the price is stable.
I simply pointed out that he was misleading a potential buyer/potential buyers(since it indeed does involve GE), as I've bought multiple rsgp/rwt guides and the ones GE related crashed soon after being sold and just wanted to help some people not make the same mistake.

I'd be willing to bet a temp ban that it does rely on GE, contrary to what he claimed, that the guide will be useless if the item crashes, which it either already has or will after a few guides are sold, and there's no reason for this to be warranted based on me pointing out someone being misleading. Bonus points for me if it's leaked and free elsewhere like previously stated.

Second infraction is also warranted- you were spamming in his thread, and off-topic. If you have any problems like this with a guide/thread again in the future, PM a market Moderator instead - don't take things into your own hands.

 

The second one, even though it's actually not off-topic(if you took the time to read the thread and not just my post you'd clearly see that), I can understand, but the first one is completely ridiculous.

I posted support, though that could be considered spam it's actually on-topic, and even if I stated why I'd more likely than not have gotten infracted anyway because someone saw the word nipples and wanted to play jr. mod.

Aside from that, since when does trying to help someone warrant an infraction? I think my intentions should be looked at, if trying to do something to help out another member of Sythe warrants an infraction, well, if you want to look at it that way mods post things that are off topic on threads all the time, but they're helping someone when they do it. Why should I get an infraction for doing basically the same thing?

I'd appreciate a second opinion on the first infraction, this time by a dispute forum mod. Again, thank you for your time.

 

There are no dispute forum mods, the first one is warranted imo, you could've pmed him that.
