The Final Appeal

I am asking this be posted on my behalf, as stated.

Here is the proof Pen received against me, and reviewed:









For starters, the original picture(of evidence) has text and boxes already on it, meaning it was used in a photo editing program, not to mention possible editing via WordPad/HTML or XML.
The chat log provided was the only source of evidence, if chat logs are disallowed, why was I banned? Especially chat logs that are edited and from a BANNED user who has evaded multiple times and scammed.








In all due respect I am sure this is why Pen was reluctant to openly share the proof that warranted my ban, however, chat logs are not used as proof for a reason, and the reason is quite apparent here.

Now, I am not blaming any Staff nor member in the community, and quite frankly, I just wish to return. Pen- Because you are not active in the market, and simply administer the forums, I completely understand how the original PM from the user may have been deceiving, thus, I would like to let you know I would not view your revision as a mistake.
