I will dispute this. These pictures were obviously taken, thus they are not "fake", however the content in the picutres is indeed fake. He is using a log viewer, and each conversation is stored in either a Rich Text Format, Text Document, or an XML file. All of these are more than easy to edit using programs such as Wordpad, or an XML editor. This is most likely the reason the "original thread" was archived. Not to mention, even MSN converstaion screenshots are easily editable with programs such as Photoshop.
I am quite interested into why you seem to believe someone, who has been banned later multiple times, and still evades, when his proof is chat logs. I do agree that his report, and all other reports are valid, however I do believe when the "evidence" is altered, and not in a format that is suitable for the section, it should not be taken lightly.

I supposidly paste all of the information about the account, and then state immediately after that I am the original owner. My question to you is: Does this honestly seem like a normal conversation? Why would I suddenly paste the information regarding the account if he already had it, nontheless, why would I state I was the original owner "xD" immediately after the information...?
There is a reason Chat logs do not serve as proof, they are easily edited, thus why they do not count as proof(see here)

Also...

If I sell an account, and provide the buyer with information, I am no longer responsible for the account in the respect that I do not recover it. An account getting hacked, locked or banned(assuming I am not at fault) does not place the responsibility on me , however this was not the case. He stated the account was locked, and I was more than happy to help, however he lost contact with me...
Secondly, my PayPal is limited, and still is, as I am underage, so once again..This is not a lie.. I would be more than glad to provide you with a screenshot or let you login as you cannot do anything due to the limitation.


Also, after looking at the information, it does not seem to match what I even gave him. I would be more than happy to provide you with the information given to him about the account when I get home, as the file is stored on an External Hard Drive.
