Am i allowed to post this?

My friend told me to post something of a dispute for him.. Tell me if i cannot though, so ill delete it.

He states:

I was banned in 2007 for flaming a kid on one of Cfrey's threads, and i have been trying to contact sythe staff for a while. I read the rules over again the other day, and flaming only received a 2 week ban, why am i perm banned?
Username he gave me - Tnt kicker
He says if u need to talk further to him, he can get more in depth on msn or phone call.

 

Sorry, we aren't going to lift bans from 2007.

 

tnt kicker's ban was "requested by Cfrey". There's not much we can do since your friend did not read the sticky on disputing bans.
