Requesting a High Pardon

ok where to start, uh i used to scam about 4 months ago, used to scam runescape gold on runescape. I used an account called **** to perform this scam. I was recently scammed on runescape for a White party hat leading me to quit, i no longer play runescape the game however i play for the money. I believe I have changed because i haven't scammed for a really long time and also because i came upfront and confessed to CSkiffingt1 not knowing that this would happen.

I am making this high pardon in order to notify you that i was once a scammer in the past. The scam i performed wasnt a huge scam but it kept me going on runescape. The last time i done this scam was about 4 and a half months ago. I believe i have changed due to the things i am trying to gain on sythe.org; Gold Store, Official Middle Man rank e.t.c. I also believe helping people out for free as shown in my vouches prove that i am a changed person. Paying for Donator rank doesnt prove that i am changed, but shows that im trying to make a difference in the way i live life on runescape.

I know this is maybe an unusal case because i havent been a 6 month+ active member to even buy donator rank but i've still managed to get together a few things that show im TRYING to change from my 5 month past and that im trying to move onto new and better things. Here are a few things i managed to patch together while putting together my pardon.

- Donated $300 to help build the website more. [Can't show because i'm banned.]
- Free Middle Manning Service (which was getting noticed) [http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1298757]
- Unfortunate that i can't show proof for this but i was planning on starting a cheap membership upgrade and questing service. Memberships would be just 8m a month and questing would be free of charge.
- Joined to also try and help build up my own life learn new things, meet new people

People still do message me asking me to MM for them and such but i do in these cases turn them down as ofcourse i am banned from Sythe.org and must respect that.

Type of Scam i performed: Doubling Money

How it worked: I dont remember much but i think i would spam with an autotyper 'trade me to x2 your money'(this is before ge changed) after i got a trade someone would give an amount like 300k-400k sometimes i got 1m and i would log with that. Back then this amnount of money was really alot to me and was enough to give me the opportunity to PK with friends and also explore Runescape more in detail. My bank in that time before i stopped was around 35m which was really alot of money.

Why i did it: Well it wasn't really planned at all, i was just having a normal day on runescape doing pk trips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6N10BbutH8&feature=fvsr and things like that until i met someone from my clan wearing full wizard g. I asked him how he got rich and he told me what he did. I tried it the first time and made about 2m in one whole day. I was really satisfied with that amount because it was alot to me back then.

I decided to quit runescape (the game) Yesterday because i was scammed by a close friend *pixel friend* for a white party hat; this then led me in my decision to sell my runescape account and start my gold shop up. Whilst making my thread i had a discussion with one of the global moderators [cskiffing] of sythe and confessed all my wrong doings to him, he then refered me to this high pardon which is what i am doing now.

Since i joined sythe i have had NO scam reports to my name all i have are legitamate vouches from members of sythe.org who have used my service to safely and securely transfer money. I was once aiming for Official Middle Man rank and was told if this does go through i can still perceive to get my dream. I was also planning on buying Finn's guide on 'ascending through the ranks of sythe.org' I believe this would have opened up my mind to the things of this site a bit more.

I did not intend of spreading my past with the sythe community but actions have led me to and i believe by doing so i am doing the right thing. I take full responsibility of my actions and believe they were wrong and ask for forgiveness from the sythe community.

I truly regret all my actions in the past, and if given the chance will show to the best extent possible that i have changed for the best.

I apologize for any discouragement or problem i have caused. Sythe is the last thing i have, i've lost most of the things i had.. I don't ask you to pity me but please try and take into perspective that I have taken out the guts to tell the truth, there are many people who have probably had something like this or worse in the past but that havent come out to say the truth. I would give my last just to stay on this forum helping. You might be sitting there just thinking this is pathetic or something but if you were me you would see and know what im going through.

I am only 17 but i am still growing up, sorry if this thread hasn't pleased you to the extend of voting me in or out. I never planned to be in this position. Also sorry if some of the language i have used here has discouraged anyone. I will be truthful this is my first time even hearing about a pardon thread.

Lastly to end this up My week at sythe have been very encouraging and has shown me a new way to living, looking through the majority of people's posts i have learnt new things everyday. Talking to some of the most mature people on the planet has really opened up my mind and I would like to thank the owner of sythe for creating the site. If this is my last time writing here I would like to say thanks to lured yah for taking my 300$ donation and also thanks to CSkiffingt for taking his time with me yesterday. I will not ban evade ofcourse but from here on if im kicked from this im really lost on what to do next. Im deeply sorry for doing this scam 4-5 months ago and really hope that i will be granted a second chance to prove myself on sythe.org.

nothing intended by this but because that happened in the past does that mean i dont deserve even a chance?. 4 months isn't really that long ago, and I don't really see anything worthy to suggest he should be pardoned. No support.

 

You guys can't see it, but hes a $300 donator as well. The rank gets removed upon banning.

I believe this sort of pardon sets a poor precedent. Keep in mind the nature of the high pardon system:

This user hasn't been on our site longer than a week or so. He hasn't significantly contributed to the site besides a monetary donation. While I understand it's important to keep the site running, I feel a bit uncomfortable in this situation. Not to mention his pardon request is poorly written. Voting no.
